Living Word Online Bible Study

Every Wednesday at noon, gather online with the pastors to reflect on last week’s sermon, and explore the scripture for the next sermon. Your worship experience will deepen from this insight into the week’s passage. The Zoom link is available in the weekly Constant Contact email.  

Peace & Justice

Concerned members formed a group to respond to the death of George Floyd in June 2020. The Peace & Justice group coordinates participation in Chattanooga protests, working with Chattanooga in Action for Love, Equality and Benevolence (CALEB), buying and distributing Black Lives Matter yard signs, and writing local, state, and national representatives.The group sponsors one-time small group book studies, which have included I’m Still Here byAustin Channing Brown, and How to be an Antiracist by Ibram X. Kendi.

Ladies Bible Study

Open to all women of the church and their friends, this group meets each Wednesdays 11-12 a.m. in the Robinson room. The current study is Hebrews by Dr. David Jeremiah. 

Presbyterian Women 

Rivermont offers women meaningful ways to live out their faith within a caring community. Membership in RPW is open to all women. Two circles meet the second Monday at 11 am each month. The night circle meets on Thursdays at 7 pm each month (dates vary, contact the church office for details). Bible Study, fellowship, and encouragement flow at both times.
